Are you not afraid to get your hands dirty and do you enjoy a good scavenger hunt, or is your recipe book ready for wild new additions?
As far as we're concerned, nothing beats cooking (or brewing) your own food and especially when you can find the ingredients in the wild.
During this foraging walk, we will focus on culinary delights from the dunes that change every month. Dishes such as elderflower champagne, pesto made with wild herbs, weed butter, blossom or berry syrup will be on the menu.
The (first) processing will take place on the spot, and you will receive wild foraging tips, the necessary equipment and accompanying recipes to take home.
