Fish filleting is a craft that connects biology, anatomy, and gastronomy. And wouldn't you know it, our family has been involved in this for generations. And now, we are giving you the unique opportunity to learn this knowledge.
In this workshop, you will learn how to fillet and prepare locally caught fish, shellfish, and mollusks in a traditional way. The fresh catch that we will use is selected based on breeding season, familiarity, and of course, diversity in taste. This way, we make the workshop educational and sustainable at the same time.
