As a first, we offer groups a taste of their own village. Because everyone knows that Zandvoort has much more to offer than just beach and sea.
Yes, history can literally be tasted in the middle of Zandvoort Village. During the "Sloppies" tour, we combine a guided walk between old fishermen's houses and nostalgic streets with a drink and a snack at four well-known Zandvoort entrepreneurs: Slagerij de Halte, De Kaashoek, Het Wapen van Zandvoort and Strandpaviljoen Thalassa.
You will hear long-forgotten stories and anecdotes about how the people of Zandvoort ate, drank, fished, scavenged, farmed and worked through the centuries. And how the flow of around 5 million tourists annually came about.
